One sensible bit, bab: AI can get things wrong. Photos alone can't prove who did a job, how many hours were worked, or whether work passed inspection. You must review every description, enter your real hours and only claim work you've actually completed. This tool helps document your work — it isn't an official attendance or quality record.

Privacy & your photos

Your name, site details and confirmed descriptions are stored as a draft in this browser on this device. Photos and unconfirmed AI suggestions stay in the open tab, and are removed by refreshing the page. Clearing your draft removes locally saved draft data; downloaded files remain your responsibility.

Before analysis, photos are resized and converted to JPEG in the browser to remove embedded image metadata. The resized photos, chosen trade and your notes are sent to Groq for AI processing. Don't photograph faces, private documents or confidential site information. The app does not intentionally store photos on its server. Groq data information ↗
